    Emotion Code Session

    July 2nd, was my third session by Jo. It was incredible to say the least. The first two were wonderful but this time I chose to be more present. I silenced my phone, and layed in a meditative state. I had memories come to mind that I wrote down after my session, so that when I received my email of what she did and released, it was like connecting the dots. I had many moments of tears and realizations. I have many more things to work through. I look forward to any future sessions with Jo. Her energy and time she puts forth is priceless.
